Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the item

  • photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once verified, we will offer either:

  • a replacement, or

  • a full refund

at no additional cost.

Non-Delivery

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days from shipment, please contact us.

We will investigate the shipment and provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.

Once processing, production, or fulfillment has started, orders can no longer be changed or cancelled.
